A Survey on Relation ship between of social capital and intellectual
capital of organization
(Case study: K urdistan education Organizations)

Abstract
Social capital is a cross field subject that in recent years has been considered
increasingly by authorities of different areas of science, especially
management.
In the other hande ducational organizations can improve their efficiency and
efficacy through establishing, reinforcing and spreading of this valuable and
touchable capital.
The scope of this research is to survey relation ship between social capital and
intellectual capital among kurdistan education staff organization. the research
method is descriptive in the case of correlation one. the population of this
education kurdistan staff organization from 1389 - 1390 that the number of
the1108 and the research method is based on random cluster sampling and the
amount of samples are 286 people and the instrument of collecting data and
information include of two questionnaires : 1. Social capital measurement and
2. Intellectual capital measurement that reliability of them by the Alpha
keronbakh method in order %80 and %79 them into account has been
determined.
The difference of the rate of social capital among teachers according to
education and record of service, with ANOVA, measurement of the rate of
social capital and intellectual capital of independently (t.test) have been
considered and analyzed.
The result obtained from the analyzed of the hypothesis are :
