چکیده:

Tributyltin (TBT) which is used as antifouling agent in marine paints have high toxic effect on marine organisms and is a serious problem through the world. In order to ensure a proper and reliable test and methodology to identify the presence of organotin compounds as anti fouling agent in marine paints , it is essential to analyzed samples in standard laboratories with comparable analyzing methods. Hence, it is necessary to have inspection, detection and analysis policy. In addition to scientific guidelines relevant to laboratory standard and TBT analysis. in this investigation an easy, fast, accurate and economic sampling method and an inspection form are presented. In order to detect the presence of tributyltin in antifouling paints on ships, using water sample is easy , fast , accurate and economic. In this investigation using a sampling chamber which can be attached to the shipside and filled with water is fouling system on the ship without disturbing the system. This sampling method is a non destructive method which provides a fast and easy extraction of anti – fouling agent.
