چکیده:

Unemployment for young men and women is one of the biggest problems around the word and entrepreneurship is one of its solutions. The main goal of this paper is to compare entrepreneurial characteristics among agricultural student. The study was conducted on a random sample of university students at Tehran University and 114 students responded to a structured questionnaire. The results have shown that female students’ need for achievement was higher than the male but male students’ creativity and risk taking were higher than those of female counterpart. Also there were significant differences between students who had entrepreneurship experience and students who had not, on all characteristics except creativity.
